Ensure that all Mapline communications get to the right place.
1. Login to Mapline
If you no longer have access to the email currently used on the account, please contact us for further assistance.
2. Click on your name in the top-right corner
This will open the account settings menu.
3. Select “Profile”
4. Click the “Edit Profile” Icon
The “Edit Profile” icon is the small pencil icon below your basic profile information.
5. Change your email address
Enter the updated email address. This will be used to login, for official communications, and to recieve billing communications if the user is an account owner or billing admin.
6. Click “Save Changes”
A verification email will be sent to the updated email address.
