February may be the shortest month of the year, but we packed it with powerful improvements designed to simplify your workflows and elevate your experience. From a fresh new home page to expanded appointment scheduling and deeper workflow insights, these updates help your team move faster and operate smarter. Whether you’re managing field teams, coordinating schedules, or syncing financial systems, this month’s enhancements bring more flexibility and control to your daily operations. Let’s dive in.
Connectors: Oracle NetSuite
Mapline Connectors now support Oracle NetSuite, making it easier than ever to bring your ERP data directly into your maps and workflows. You can sync customer records, financial data, and operational information in real time, eliminating manual imports and reducing data silos. By connecting NetSuite with Mapline, your location intelligence becomes even more powerful—giving you a clearer view of performance, territories, and customer distribution.
Streamlined Interface
Mapline’s home page has a brand-new look. The redesigned interface is cleaner, more intuitive, and easier to navigate, helping you access your maps, dashboards, datasets, and automations faster. With improved layout and visual clarity, you’ll spend less time searching and more time getting work done. It’s a subtle but meaningful upgrade that improves the overall flow of your daily experience.
Smarter Scheduling Controls
Appointment scheduling continues to evolve with the ability to book appointments even without route data, similar to standalone scheduling platforms like Calendly. This gives teams more flexibility when routing isn’t required but structured booking still matters.
Plus, you can now also choose static or dynamic address inputs for your ending address directly within calendars, not just in route settings. This added flexibility makes it easier to manage appointment logistics, whether your destination is fixed or varies based on the booking.
Expanded Meta Data
Workflows now include new metadata fields: client device begin time and submit time. This provides greater visibility into when a form or workflow was initiated versus when it was completed. With this level of detail, teams can better track response times, monitor performance, and ensure accountability across field operations.
Reimagined Data Tools
Mapline Data has been rebranded and repositioned to better reflect how your data truly works inside the platform. Now, inside your dataset ADD menu, you’ll find clearly defined options: Data Columns, Formula Columns (formerly Mapline Data formulas), Geo-Enriched Columns (previously Mapline Data for distance calculations, optimized routing, territory data, and demographics), along with Button Columns and File Columns.
This updated structure brings more clarity and flexibility to how you build datasets and run analytics. It also gives you better visibility into how credits are being used and greater control over how you design, calculate, and enrich your data—all from one streamlined location.
