Your plan can be cancelled at any time to prevent future payments. In order to downgrade your account or to cancel a paid plan, just follow these steps:
Login to Mapline.
Click on your name in top-right corner.
Click “CHANGE SUBSCRIPTION.”
Click the “CHOOSE” button under the starter subscription. If you are unable to select the “CHOOSE” button, you must first ensure that you are within the starter subscription limits of 1 map and 2 datasets. Please delete any maps or datasets in excess of this and try again.
Unfortunately we don’t issue refunds for unused time remaining on your plan.
