  • Experience in sales and customer service is preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skill and experience
  • Ability to manage diverse pipelines of sales leads
  • Ability to apply independent judgment to customer solutions
  • Critical thinking skills to fully comprehend and discover customers’ unique needs and consult them on solutions
  • Ability to manage time wisely and prioritize effectively
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Honesty and integrity are integral in ALL cases and interactions
  • Reliability and consistency is a must
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Office (especially Excel), email, etc.


  • Become an expert in Mapline products and master all of the product capabilities
  • Be the first point of contact for prospective clients
  • Anticipate client needs by familiarizing yourself with past and current use cases
  • Create, grow and manage a pipeline of contacts and sales leads
  • Maintain a strong initiative in your efforts as you work your pipeline
  • Establish active communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales openings
  • Support senior sales teams and sales representatives on outbound strategies and lead generating efforts
  • Engage in team meetings by sharing successes and bringing innovative ideas
