Types of Heat Mapping

What are the different kinds of heat maps?

Territory Heat Mapping

Territory heat mapping uses physical territory boundaries to group together data and then colors each territory based on either location density or values from the dataset. The result is a heat map that allows you to compare the territories against each other. Learn how to create a territory heat map.

Radial Heat Mapping
Radial heat mapping uses relative distance from other data points to create a weather-radar style map. This map can then be used to identify high to low pin density areas OR low to high pins based on quantitative values associated with each pin. Learn how to create a radial heat mapping.
