Dynamic Territory Styling is Here!
If you’ve been copying and pasting or uploading custom colors from a spreadsheet, this update is for you. Territory colors will now update automatically whenever your data changes.
Not only does this streamline your map styling process, but it allows your territory maps to generate even more useful insights.
Calculate Arrival Times
You brought up the need to calculate arrival times for routes, and we heard you loud and clear.
Now, you can add estimated departure times, which enables Mapline to estimate arrival times for every stop. You can also calculate end times and so much more!
If your customers like to know when you’ll arrive, this feature gives you an amazing opportunity to improve satisfaction.
Plus, if you have to ensure compliance for break times and maximum driving time, this will help you stay on the ball.
New Formatting Options for Charts
Have you ever needed to reformat a chart on the fly?
Our new formatting feature allows you to right-click any value on the Y-axis and select a new format from the drop-down menu.
Display a field as a percentage, date, or currency in just a few clicks.
Enhancements to Forms
Forms can now be added to dashboards with a single click. This makes it easy to see everything you need in one place.
There are also new options in the side toolbar in Forms. Save even more time by importing questions, duplicating forms, and more.
You can also add instructions to your form to help users fill it out correctly.
Updated Data Displays
We’ve made a couple of useful updates to the way data displays in Mapline. (You’ll love these!)
First on the list: you can now right click any cell in reports and instantly view data pertaining to that cell.
Second: have you ever wanted to see the radius of a circle on your map, or the length of a territory shape Well, now you can!
In just a few clicks, calculate the area, radius, circumference, diameter, or center-coordinate of a shape on your map. The new data will display when your mouse hovers over the shape.
These enhancements make it even simpler to see any information you need all in one place.
New Shortcuts!
New shortcuts are available in filters and charts.
Save yourself time by adding new dynamic data columns directly from your charts!
Plus, check out the new ‘Copy & Paste’ button in filters. Instead of manually selecting criteria from the drop-down menu, just copy and paste values right from your spreadsheet.
Search in Drop-Down Menus
You may have noticed that some drop-down menus in Mapline have a search function.
This feature is so useful, we decided to make it available throughout all of Mapline.
You can now search in every drop-down menu, eliminating the need to scroll through lists.
