Spring is here, and new features are already blossoming everywhere here at Mapline. This bodes well for an abundant year for your business.
Come check out what’s budding–and trust us, these are some real money-savers that will help you beat back inflation.
We’re always making improvements so you get the most out of your map visuals. Here are the most recent updates.
Control the information that appears in your territory bubbles. Customize your bubble title, the dataset columns that appear, and when territory bubbles should appear on your map.
This brings powerful insights to the forefront of your map whenever you need them!
Now, your segments have a View Data shortcut.
This shortcut was previously available for territories, but it’s received an upgrade: now, you can move columns and save your column width when you access a dataset from the View Data shortcut.
Duplicate territories, routes, and stop points in a route, all directly from your map!
If that’s not a shortcut, we don’t know what is.
Our bandwidth is always increasing, and this month is no exception. Expect faster load times when you add multiple segmented layers to your map. Segment away!
Upgrade your routing even more than ever!
Import fields from any vehicle dataset into your route calculations, to account for your fleet’s specific needs.
Or, add Max Drive Time as a route constraint to ensure your routes never exceed a certain amount of time on the road.
We are all about these kinds of routing hacks!
Click any pin on your map to navigate to that location. Or, download driving instructions on the spot.
Talk about useful!
Dynamic forms were already powerful, but we also want forms to be as user-friendly as possible.
That’s why we’ve added Sort and Filter options to dynamic options in forms.
This way, you control the order in which your data appears in your form drop-downs.
Plus, if you’ve ever wanted to share a form that doesn’t need to be submitted by the user (such as a PDF), you can now create forms that don’t have a Submit button.
Filter by URL variables to hone in on precise locations.
This is a great way to apply filters to embedded maps and help your website visitors get the right information.
Action columns just keep getting better!
Now, customize whether you want a tooltip to appear when you hover over an action column. This makes it easy to identify the purpose of an action column on the fly.
Or, customize the color and icon that appear in your action column. For example, you might choose a file icon for file attachments, and set the icon to green to show it’s been received.
An extra boost is here for your dashboards! Not only can you duplicate forms directly from your dashboard (hello, speed!), but there’s also a new shortcut for views that exist on a dashboard.
Share views with other uses from the same dashboard page in just two clicks. How easy is that?
