No need for sales territories right now? Skip ahead, but make sure your customer locations are already on the map—they’re essential for the next step!

First, let’s instantly generate sales territories that are aligned with key factors like rep locations, customer density, and historical data. Quickly spot overlap, adjust boundaries, and maximize your team’s time on the road, ensuring they spend more time sealing deals!

CREATE SMART ROUTES

Once you’re satisfied with your territory map, it’s time to create optimized routes that streamline your team’s movements.

Click ADD in the top-right corner of your map. Hover over ROUTES and select OPTIMIZE FROM EXISTING PINS.

Draw shapes around the pins to group them for routes. Set start and end points, name your routes, and click ‘DONE’ to finalize.

STYLE ALL ROUTES

Style all of your routes at once! This is a great way to create a uniform look for your routes.

Click the route layer folder in your map sidebar and select STYLE, then select a single color for all of your routes. Fine-tune the color, line style, and line thickness, then click OK when you’re done.

COLOR-CODE ROUTES

If your locations are segmented by rep or visit days, color-code your routes to match each zone. This way, you can identify and differentiate routes at a glance for hyper-targeted insights.

Just click the arrow next to the route layer folder, click the route you’d like to modify, and select STYLE. Adjust your route styling preferences, then click OK.

CUSTOMIZE POP-OUT BUBBLES

When you need information in the moment, you need it right away. Display crucial insights into each of your client locations with a single click when you customize your pop-out bubble settings.

From the map sidebar, click on your pin layer folder and select SETTINGS. Here, you can modify your pop-out settings. When you’re done, click OK, and your pin bubbles will appear exactly how you want them to! What a fantastic way to get the information you need at a glance.
