You can open your map by single clicking the name, double clicking anywhere on the row, or by single clicking on the row and clicking the “Open” button. If you don’t have a map created, click on the “Add New Items” button. Then select, “New Map” and give it a name.
2. CLICK ON THE ADD MENU
Once you’ve opened your map, click on the “Add” menu in the top left corner of the screen.
3. SELECT “CIRCLES”
Once the “Add” menu is opened, hover over the “Shapes” option. Then select the “Circles” option to open the “Add Circles” wizard.
4. CLICK “STYLE” TO CUSTOMIZE THE CIRCLES
Click the “Style” button to open the styling menu. Select the fill and border colors by selecting preset colors or using hex codes for custom colors. You set the opacity and weight of the fill and border as well. Those settings will be applied to all future circles that are drawn. To change the style of circles that have already been drawn, click on “Style” in the dropdown menu for the circles.
5. ADD CIRCLES AND CLICK “OK”
Add circles to your map by clicking and dragging your mouse on the map. As you move your mouse, you’ll see the radius of the circle next to your cursor. Finish the circle by releasing your mouse. Repeat these steps to add as many circles as you’d like. Click “Done” to close the wizard.
6. SEE A SUMMARY OF THE DATA WITHIN
After clicking “OK”, you can click inside any of the circles on the map. That will open a report that shows you all the locations within that area, and that info can be exported to an Excel spreadsheet.
